Em recente artigo publicado no Portal Consultor Jurídico - Conjur, a advogada Lorena Leal, integrante do setor trabalhista da Luzone Legal, destacou as implicações no pagamento da "dobra" pelas empresas de petróleo e gás, que é prevista para os empregados que ultrapassem o período de embarque fixado em lei.
Segundo Lorena Leal, a a MP 927 é aplicável aos contratos de trabalho que são regidos pelas peculiaridades da Lei 5.811/72, bastando compatibilizar as disposições da medida provisória com a Lei dos Petroleiros, o que é possível quando se utiliza a celebração do acordo individual para atender as medidas de segurança e saúde.
