Mariana Poncioni has more than eleven years of experience in the legal field, with a broad practice in consulting, litigation, and strategic support to clients across different areas of law. Throughout her career, she has developed solid expertise, participating in strategic meetings, negotiations, settlements, and contract structuring, contributing to safe and efficient legal solutions.

Mariana has notable expertise in Medical and Health Law, advising on cases related to medical and hospital liability, as well as handling matters involving healthcare professionals and institutions.

A specialist in Medical and Health Law, and graduated from the Fluminense Federal University, Poncioni is fluent in English and is a member of the Medical and Health Law Committee of the 15th Subsection of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/RJ). She has completed studies in Law and Bioethics at the Albert Einstein Israeli Institute of Teaching and Research, as well as Compliance in Healthcare at Hospital Sírio-Libanês and the Samantha Takahashi Institute.
